Please reach out to our team as your initial course of action for assistance with any troubleshooting or maximizing the functionality of your purchase. If our team are unable to resolve the issue, we can explore the possibility of a return.

You have the right to receive a refund, repair, exchange, or credit if the items you bought are:

- Faulty
- Significantly different from what was shown, advertised, or described
- Do not perform as expected

Refunds are not automatically given for a change of mind, unless explicitly stated in the sale conditions or advertising materials. Always keep your receipt as proof of purchase.

Please note that certain items are non-refundable:

- Sheet music, CDs, DVDs, magazines, and books
- Computer software
- Consumables (For example Guitar Strings)
- Recorders, vocal microphones, in-ear monitors/headphones, reeds, harmonicas, mouthpieces or any items that come into contact with bodily fluids.
